All admission are carried out at our Main Admission Counter at the ground floor . For booked admission, please check in at the appointed time as requested by your doctor. Please bring along with you the following documents to facilitate  a proper admission: Malaysian Identity Card (NRIC), Birth Certificate for  under 12 years old/ My Kid, Medical health card and Passport if not a Malaysian Citizen.
